Purpose

360 Transit LLC is committed to providing safe, reliable, professional, and respectful transportation services to all riders.

Non-Discrimination and Equal Service Policy

360 Transit LLC does not discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, political affiliation, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any protected characteristic.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

360 Transit LLC supports a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, intimidation, abusive behavior, criminal behavior, or actions that jeopardize safety. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent discontinuation of service.

Grounds for Suspension or Discontinuation

Threats, violence, discriminatory conduct, harassment, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, property damage, fraud, repeated disruptive behavior, and actions that endanger riders, drivers, or the public.

Rider Acknowledgment: By using transportation services provided by 360 Transit LLC, riders acknowledge receipt and agreement with this policy.
